Booking Policy

  • * Please arrive on time for pick up. Caterer will give a 30 minute grace period, however failure to pick up items on time shall result in a breach of this contract. Caterer will arrive on time to deliver items and shall be extended the same 30 minute grace period.

    Failure of the Caterer to arrive at the contracted time and outside the 3o minute grace period will result in a 5% penalty paid by Caterer to Client within five business days of the occurrence.

  • * To Book An Event A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the date upon agreement of contract.

    **** IF THESE TERMS ARE AGREED UPON A SIGNATURE ON A WRITTEN CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED.****

    ****50% of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event. The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days prior to the Event. ****

    *Any changes within 24 hours of the event will be subject to the Rush Order Fee of $25.

    **IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE EVENT NO MONIES WILL BE RETURNED.
